Price quote and cancellation

We inspect the item and send the price to your request page; no repair starts until you approve it. If you decline, you get your item back as it is, paying only an inspection fee if we agreed one. To cancel a request before the repair starts, contact us.

Problems

If something is wrong with the service, contact us and we will fix it or refund you, depending on the case.

Refunds

We refund you within 3 working days of approving the refund, the same way you paid.

Cash payments are refunded in cash or by transfer, as you prefer.
